Mnoho lid\u00ed si v tomto okam\u017eiku uv\u011bdomuje, \u017ee je t\u0159eba do toho po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b \u0161l\u00e1pnout, proto\u017ee na spln\u011bn\u00ed sv\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f pro rok 2020 maj\u00ed u\u017e jen m\u011bs\u00edc. Sou\u010dasn\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o obdobn\u011b ru\u0161n\u00e9 obdob\u00ed v na\u0161em soukrom\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b, kde se mus\u00edme p\u0159ipravit na V\u00e1noce a pot\u0159ebujeme d\u00e1t v\u0161em \u010dlen\u016fm na\u0161\u00ed rodiny d\u00e1rky. Zn\u00e1te alespo\u0148 jednu z t\u011bchto dvou situac\u00ed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zima, chladn\u00e9 po\u010das\u00ed a brzk\u00e1 tma jsou podhoub\u00ed pro \u0161patnou n\u00e1ladu a zt\u011b\u017euj\u00ed odolnost v\u016f\u010di probl\u00e9m\u016fm. Proto je pod neust\u00e1l\u00fdm tlakem na pracovi\u0161ti i v soukrom\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b obvyklej\u0161\u00ed podlehnout stavu vyho\u0159en\u00ed. Syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed je stav emocion\u00e1ln\u00edho, du\u0161evn\u00edho a fyzick\u00e9ho vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed. Nast\u00e1v\u00e1, pokud je \u010dlov\u011bk vystaven dlouhodob\u00e9mu intenzivn\u00edmu stresu. A samotn\u00fd prosinec je z v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f obrovskou stresovou bombou, nemluv\u011b o dal\u0161\u00edch leto\u0161n\u00edch okolnostech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed ve vztahu k \u017eivotu jednotlivce ovliv\u0148uje n\u011bkolik \u00farovn\u00ed najednou. Ne\u0161kod\u00ed jen jeho fyzick\u00e9mu zdrav\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 du\u0161evn\u00edmu \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, vztah\u016fm a pracovn\u00edmu v\u00fdkonu. To je d\u016fvod, pro\u010d je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si vyho\u0159en\u00ed v\u0161imnout a zach\u00e1zet s n\u00edm jako s v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem v\u010das, u\u017e p\u0159i prvn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edznac\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong><br>Jasn\u00e1 zn\u00e1mka syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed je pocit neust\u00e1l\u00e9 \u00fanavy, kter\u00fd se objevuje bez ohledu na norm\u00e1ln\u00ed dobu 6-7 hodin sp\u00e1nku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nedostatek motivace:<\/strong><br>Kdy\u017e se ztrat\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed motivace a \u010dlov\u011bk u\u017e nen\u00ed nad\u0161en\u00fd ni\u010d\u00edm. To se m\u016f\u017ee projevit ve form\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch rann\u00edch vst\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nebo v obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b pr\u00e1ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fd v\u00fdkon a nespokojenost:<br><\/strong>N\u00e1hl\u00e9 zhor\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkonu se tak\u00e9 jev\u00ed jako jeden z hlavn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed. Vyk\u0159i\u010dn\u00edkem mohou b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 pocity neust\u00e1l\u00e9 nespokojenosti, a\u0165 u\u017e v pr\u00e1ci nebo v soukrom\u00fdch situac\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Negativn\u00ed emoce:<\/strong><br>Jejich p\u0159\u00edtomnost, neust\u00e1l\u00fd pocit frustrace zesiluje, \u017ee se nic nepoda\u0159\u00ed, na skutc\u00edch nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, v\u0161echno je ne\u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9. Tento bod lze shrnout jako obecn\u011b pesimistick\u00fd postoj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Probl\u00e9my v mezilidsk\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch:<\/strong><br>M\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt dv\u011b podoby, jednou je v\u00edce konfliktn\u00edch situac\u00ed s ostatn\u00edmi (v\u00edce h\u00e1dek, v\u00edce neshod), druhou je vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se soci\u00e1ln\u00edm vztah\u016fm, volba v\u00edce osam\u011bl\u00fdch aktivit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zanedb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed sebe sama a zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my:<\/strong><br>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed \u010dast\u011bji propad\u00e1me nezdrav\u00e9mu chov\u00e1n\u00ed, jako je kou\u0159en\u00ed, alkohol, rychl\u00e9 ob\u010derstven\u00ed, nedostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem \u017eivin nebo deprivace sp\u00e1nku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V d\u016fsledku negativn\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f vyho\u0159en\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee chronick\u00fd stres zp\u016fsobit skute\u010dn\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my, jako jsou za\u017e\u00edvac\u00ed, kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed probl\u00e9my, deprese nebo obezita. Kv\u016fli v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdm z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdm negativn\u00edm \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm stoj\u00ed za to si to uv\u011bdomit a ud\u011blat to v\u010das, abyste zabr\u00e1nili syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed, ne\u017e bude v situaci bez mo\u017enosti n\u00e1vratu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kognitivn\u00ed probl\u00e9my:&nbsp;<\/strong>Pod vlivem stresu t\u011blo ve stavu p\u0159ipravenosti sm\u011b\u0159uje pozornost k probl\u00e9mu, aby bylo schopno rychle reagovat na hrozbu. P\u0159i dlouhodob\u00e9m stresu se na\u0161e t\u011blo m\u016f\u017ee soust\u0159edit pouze na negativn\u00ed hrozbu, tak\u017ee bude obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 vz\u00edt v \u00favahu cokoli jin\u00e9ho. V d\u016fsledku toho se zhor\u0161uje schopnost rozhodovat a \u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9my. Zapomn\u011btlivost je jedn\u00edm z nejjasn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch jev\u016f kognitivn\u00edho po\u0161kozen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kroky k udr\u017een\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>V pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed je jako vedouc\u00ed a spolupracovn\u00edk d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, m\u00edt podp\u016frn\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 udr\u017eet t\u00fdm a jeho \u010dleny i v obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fdch dob\u00e1ch.
