Jako sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed c\u00edl cht\u011bl n\u00e1\u0161 klient pos\u00edlit horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci v r\u00e1mci skupiny spole\u010dnost\u00ed, aby se zv\u00fd\u0161ila kooperativnost a integrita mezi odd\u011blen\u00edmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Objevte nejlep\u0161\u00ed kandid\u00e1ty pro \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nov\u00e9 strategie spole\u010dnosti<\/li><li>Vybudovat v\u016fd\u010d\u00ed schopnosti t\u011bchto talent\u016f, aby mohli identifikovat a \u0159\u00eddit strategicky d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 projekty<\/li><li>Pos\u00edlit integritu a vizi v r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9 skupiny spole\u010dnost\u00ed<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0158E\u0160EN\u00cd<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cz.asystems.as\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/it1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71183\" title=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Spole\u010dnost Assessment Systems vytvo\u0159ila metodiku se zapojen\u00edm kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch stran, aby mohla navrhnout cestu rozvoje vedouc\u00edch schopnost\u00ed nejlep\u0161\u00edch talent\u016f. Podstatou bylo naj\u00edt nejlep\u0161\u00ed kombinaci metod hodnocen\u00ed a rozvoje, aby byly spln\u011bny c\u00edle klienta na vysok\u00e9 \u00farovni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koncept budouc\u00edch talent\u016f m\u011bl n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed moduly:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Architektura po\u017eadovan\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed<\/li><li>Hodnocen\u00ed kompetenc\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm 2 dimenz\u00ed<\/li><li>Aktivizace talent\u016f pro jejich cestu rozvoje<\/li><li>Urychlen\u00ed jejich rozvoje a dovednost\u00ed<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>V prvn\u00ed f\u00e1zi na\u0161i konzultanti v \u00fazk\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ci s person\u00e1ln\u00edm odd\u011blen\u00edm vytvo\u0159ili kompeten\u010dn\u00ed model zalo\u017een\u00fd na firemn\u00edch hodnot\u00e1ch klienta a pracovn\u00edch profilech pro mana\u017eersk\u00e9 pozice. Architektura modelu vych\u00e1zela z modelu agiln\u00edho l\u00eddra, proto\u017ee agiln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup vznikaj\u00edc\u00edch vedouc\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f byl jednou z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch priorit talentov\u00e9ho programu. Fin\u00e1ln\u00ed kompeten\u010dn\u00ed model pro hodnocen\u00ed talent\u016f byl odvozen z focus group slo\u017een\u00e9 z vedouc\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f obchodn\u00edch jednotek a \u010dlen\u016f HR t\u00fdmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ed f\u00e1z\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed na\u0161i konzultanti zmapovali p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00e9 kompetence na Hogan stupnic\u00edch. Hogan hodnocen\u00ed jsou platn\u00e9 a osv\u011bd\u010den\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje pro hodnocen\u00ed budouc\u00edho potenci\u00e1lu a vhodnosti zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Vedouc\u00ed pracovn\u00edci a mana\u017ee\u0159i v\u010detn\u011b \u0159editel\u016f diviz\u00ed ur\u010dili sv\u00e9 n\u00e1stupce na prvn\u00ed \u00farovni, kte\u0159\u00ed se budou \u00fa\u010dastnit talentov\u00e9ho programu a budou tvo\u0159it budoucnost organizace. Bylo identifikov\u00e1no 75 kandid\u00e1t\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed postoupili do f\u00e1ze hodnocen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cz.asystems.as\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/it2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71174\" title=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kandid\u00e1ti byli hodnoceni spolu s dvourozm\u011brn\u00fdm modelem, kter\u00fd se zam\u011b\u0159oval na:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Jejich tvrd\u00e9 dovednosti a dosa\u017een\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky<br>2. Jejich v\u00fdsledky v oblasti kompetenc\u00ed a motivace<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V r\u00e1mci hodnocen\u00ed talenti vypl\u0148ovali dotazn\u00edky o zku\u0161enostech, psali motiva\u010dn\u00ed eseje a vypl\u0148ovali Hoganovy dotazn\u00edky. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fdsledk\u016f hodnocen\u00ed bylo vybr\u00e1no 25 nejlep\u0161\u00edch talent\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se vydali na cestu rozvoje leadershipu. Rozhoduj\u00edc\u00edm krit\u00e9riem byla nejlep\u0161\u00ed shoda s p\u0159edem definovan\u00fdm kompeten\u010dn\u00edm modelem. Sekund\u00e1rn\u00edm krit\u00e9riem byl v\u00fdb\u011br kandid\u00e1t\u016f z jednotliv\u00fdch diviz\u00ed do f\u00e1ze rozvoje. Toto krit\u00e9rium bylo d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby odpov\u00eddalo c\u00edli odstranit intern\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky v komunikaci, proto\u017ee talenti budou v budoucnu pracovat spole\u010dn\u011b na strategick\u00fdch projektech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd kandid\u00e1t pro\u0161el individu\u00e1ln\u00ed zp\u011btnou vazbou, aby se dozv\u011bd\u011bl o sv\u00fdch rozvojov\u00fdch oblastech a l\u00e9pe poznal s\u00e1m sebe. Nejlep\u0161\u00edch 25 kandid\u00e1t\u016f absolvovalo podrobn\u00e9 rozvojov\u00e9 sezen\u00ed a vizi o sv\u00e9 budouc\u00ed roli ve spole\u010dnosti, objevili sv\u00e9 hlavn\u00ed siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky a z\u00edskali n\u00e1hled na vyu\u017eit\u00ed sv\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu. Tato f\u00e1ze pomohla talent\u016fm aktivizovat se a p\u0159ipravit se na sv\u016fj r\u016fst do nov\u00e9 role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejlep\u0161\u00edch 25 talent\u016f zah\u00e1jilo sv\u016fj rozvoj s\u00e9ri\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na strategick\u00e9 vizion\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed, stanoven\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f a \u00fakol\u016f a rozvoj strategie, aby mohli tyto znalosti d\u00e1le uplatnit ve sv\u00fdch oborech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00ddSLEDKY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nov\u011b upraven\u00fd kompeten\u010dn\u00ed model odhalil schopnosti, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1\u0161 klient pot\u0159eboval k aktivn\u00edmu sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed organizace do budoucnosti. Talentov\u00fd program zv\u00fd\u0161il sebeuv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed v\u0161ech kandid\u00e1t\u016f a osv\u011btlil jejich siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky a oblasti rozvoje. Po prvn\u00ed s\u00e9rii \u0161kolen\u00ed 25 nejlep\u0161\u00edch talent\u016f individu\u00e1ln\u011b identifikovalo 45 oblast\u00ed, kter\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt hnac\u00edm motorem spole\u010dnosti v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch 3-6 letech. B\u011bhem strategick\u00e9ho workshopu spole\u010dn\u011b diskutovali a sladili v\u00fdb\u011br 4 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed. Skute\u010dnost, \u017ee budouc\u00ed talenti z r\u016fzn\u00fdch diviz\u00ed definovali kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 oblasti spole\u010dn\u011b, podpo\u0159\u00ed organizaci p\u0159i u\u017e\u0161\u00ed horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160pi\u010dkov\u00ed talenti se budou pod\u00edlet na realizaci t\u011bchto strategick\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f, co\u017e podpo\u0159\u00ed spole\u010dnost v tom, aby talenty zhodnotila a zv\u00fd\u0161ila jejich anga\u017eovanost v\u016f\u010di organizaci.
